I managed to finish priming this kit today. However quite a few blemishes surfaced after priming. So I will be doing some touching up before I start painting. Got to hang in there for a while more.

Looking sweet so far!! Cannot wait for the end result. What colour are you going to paint it in? Military type or the original blue?
I will be using different shades of grey, white and metallic colors. No outrageous colors this time.
